2017 Senheim Lay Riesling Spätlese trocken, Mosel, Germany

Slightly herbal to slightly herbaceous, with fairly restrained yellow fruit aromas and earthy-mineral notes. Fairly clear, juicy, delicately sweetish fruit, lively acidity, herbaceous and delicate yeasty notes, hint of sugar candy, light touch, fairly persistent, attractive to good, fairly tart finish.
