Delicate nutty and vegetal, also yeasty nose, yellow fruit with hints of passion fruit and cassis. Straightforward fruit on the palate, citrus and pomaceous notes, prominent yeasty notes, vegetal and light nutty notes, fairly prominent acidity, quite lively mousse, slightly persistent, but also slightly rough and astringent, attractive finish.
