2008 Ihringen Winklerberg Silvaner Spätlese trocken, Baden, Germany

Taut, clear, emphatically planty and very slightly floral nose with light yellow fruity aromas and tart mineral tones. Clear, polished, tangy-juicy, rather cool fruit, fine vegetable spice, again a touch of floral, present minerality, hinted at white pepper, persistent on the palate, certain strength, but remains more on the elegant side, some depth, very light tannin, good to very good, fine juicy and mineral finish with a hint of red berries. In convincing condition
