Translate to English Zurückhaltender, klarer und kühler, etwas pflanzlicher bis kräuteriger Duft mit gelbfruchtigen Aromen und erdig-mineralischen Anklängen. Auch im Mund eher kühl, herb-saftige, ganz trockene Frucht mit pflanzlichen bis kräuterigen und zart wachsigen Noten, feine Säure, etwas Griff von reifem Gerbstoff, im Hintergrund erdige und salzige Mineralik, guter, herber, ganz leicht speckiger Abgang.
