Translate to English Relativ kühler, eher zurückhaltender, ein wenig frisch-pflanzlicher bis kräuteriger Duft mit hellen gelbfruchtigen Aromen, etwas Hefe und nussig-hefigen Tönen. Klare, geschliffene, feinsaftige, wieder helle Frucht mit nussigen und hefigen Tönen, sehr feine Säure, zarter Gerbstoff-Griff, gute Nachhaltigkeit, ganz zart süßlicher Schmelz, im Hintergrund etwas Mineralik, noch leicht unruhig wirkend, sehr guter Abgang mit etwas Biss.
