2016 Landwein unbeschwert, Baden, Germany

Slightly muted nose, yeasty, floral, green vegetal and herbaceous notes, yellow spice and earthy notes. Tart, juicy, straightforward fruit on the palate, light nutty oak, lively, elegant acidity, floral notes, prominent yeasty notes, light salty notes, gooseberries and a hint of nougat, persistent, still slightly rough, fairly creamy on a good to very good finish.
