firm nose, yeasty, light herbaceous and mineral notes, citrus and stone fruit, hint of bacon and lavender. Ripe, firm, juicy fruit on the palate, very elegant, lively acidity, yeasty and herbaceous aromas, very delicate floral traces, hint of lavender again, persistent and gripping, some bite, noticeable mineral notes in the background, still young, some depth, very good firm, juicy, yeasty finish with herbs and spices.
