Light yeasty and delicate floral notes on the nose, fairly tranquil, light yellow fruit aromas, mineral traces. Restrained dryfruit on the palate, yeasty, nutty, earthy and mineral aromas, light vegetal notes, integrated acidity, still very slightly muted by tannins, buttery traces, good persistence, some bite on a good to very good tart finish.
