Fairly firm nose, light floral and yeasty notes, vegetal and herbaceous notes, tranquil yellow fruit aromas, light mineral notes. Clear, firm, fairly cool fruit on the palate, slightly prominent citrus notes, lively acidity, yeasty notes, vegetal, herbaceous and delicate floral notes, good substance and persistence, some acid bite, fairly prominent tart mineral notes, some bite on a very good, firm finish.
