Editor note: Tart nose with prominent vegetal, earthy and mineral notes, green citrus fruit, touch of pomaceous fruit and avocado, tart herbaceous notes. Firm on the palate, quite full-bodied, cool, tart and polished, persistent, herbaceous and vegetal notes, prominent mineral notes, has some depth and grip, yeasty traces in the background, very good finish.
