Editor note: Nose still closed, elegant vegetal and yeasty notes, light touch of yellow fruit, light floral traces, light nutty oak and mineral notes. Cool, tart, light-bodied fruit on the palate, yeasty aromas, lively acidity, fairly fresh vegetal notes, persistent, has grip and bite, good depth, light nutty traces, chalky mineral notes in the background, firm structure, still very young, herbaceous and light floral traces, very good long finish. Needs time to mature.
Best to drink: Mid-2018-2025+
