Editor note: Fairly cool nose, pulses, touch of yellow and green berries, some elderflower, intense yeasty, earthy and mineral notes. Very tart and downright cold on the palate, good grip, yeasty notes, cool salty mineral notes, herbaceous aromas, some savoury, lively acidity, fine sandy tannins, still slightly chunky and rough, mineral notes in the background, very tart, firm bite on a good to very good finish.
Best to drink: 2018-2021+
