2015 Süd-Steiermark Ried Grassnitzberg Sauvignon Blanc trocken STK Erste Lage, Styria/Steiermark, Austria

Rather closed and still slightly muted nose, deep with prominent vegetal and light yeasty notes, dried vegetal aromas, light and slightly lemony yellow fruit, hint of tobacco, prominent mineral notes. Ripe, bone dry, spicy fruit on the palate, yeasty, dried vegetal and light floral notes, nutty notes in the background, delicate hint of oak, lively acidity, fairly prominent integrated tannins, persistent and concentrated, crewamy, good depth, has both cold and warm elements, quite complex, still totally undeveloped, very good, long, nutty finish.
