Editor note: Cool, clear nose, green vegetal and grassy notes, restrained yellow and green fruit, some elderberry and mineral traces. Fairly firm, juicy, bone dry fruit on the palate, elegant, fresh, spicy vegetal notes, some bell peppers, hint of elderberry, lively, polished acidity, light grip, good persistence and substance, yeasty traces, mineral notes in the backgorund, still young, more fresh vegetal notes on a very good and fairly juicy finish.
