2017 Süd-Steiermark Ried Grassnitzberg Sauvignon Blanc trocken STK Erste Lage, Styria/Steiermark, Austria

Light nutty and yeasty notes on the nose, floral and earthy notes, firm, tart yellow and green fruit, dried herbs, white flowers and prominent mineral notes. Clear, firm, juicy fruit on the palate, elegant acid bite and some grip, both warm and cool elements, concentrated and persistent, vegetal, herbaceous and light floral notes, hint of dark berries, floral traces, prominent mineral notes, good depth, still young, quite complex, with aeration develops quite a crisp mouthfeel, prominent mineral notes, spicy vegetal notes on a very good, firm, juicy finish. Needs time to mature.
