Firm, still undeveloped, tangy-juicy fruit with nutty-yeasty and tart, fresh vegetable to herbal aromas, persistent and catchy on the palate, a little floral and blackberry in the background, intense minerality, good depth, firm aftertaste with much tart, yet ripe juice, vegetable spice and present minerality.
