2019 Südsteiermark DAC Sauvignon Blanc Gebietswein trocken "Kalk & Kreide", Styria/Steiermark, Austria

Firm, cool and quite deep, still a little reductive and yeasty with polished yellow and green fruity aromas, floral nuances, herbs and clear, bright minerality. Clear, finely juicy, firm, light fruit, yeasty and light floral aromas, fine vegetable to herbal tones, a hint of ethereal, very fine acidity, some grip, persistent on the palate, clearly mineral, some depth, very good finish with rather cool juice and a hint of red berries
