Firm, nutty, delicately woody and tobacco scent with tart yellow fruity aromas, a little yellow spice, hinted mushrooms, floral nuances and clear minerality. Ripe, juicy fruit, somewhat nutty, light-woody and delicately bacon-like, fine vegetable to herbal tones, lively acidity, good persistence and substance, quite fresh style, pepper, yeast and a hint of caraway in the background, has grip, certain depth, very good finish.
