Recht herbe, würzige Frucht, erdige und zart tabakige Aromen, ein wenig Butter, lebendige Säure, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit am Gaumen, mineralische Noten, leichter Gerbstoff, ein Hauch Kaffee, hat Griff und gewissen Saft, etwas Schmelz, guter, etwas trocknender, aber auch mineralisch-würziger Abgang.
