Feinsaftige, trockene, leicht schmelzige Frucht, vegetabile und merklich hefige Töne, feine, lebendige Säure, noch ein wenig gedeckt, gute Substanz und Nachhaltigkeit, viel Griff und deutliche mineralische Würze, etwas Wärme und Schmelz, sehr guter Abgang.
