Klar, kühl und saftig im Mund, straff gewirkte, schlanke, völlig trockene Frucht, lebendige, sehr feine Säure, nachhaltig am Gaumen, geschliffen, mit feinen hefigen Noten und kühler, heller Mineralik, salzig im Hintergrund, zart erdnussig, viel Biss, noch wenig entwickelt, gewisse Tiefe, pflanzliche Nuancen, sehr guter, kühler und straffer, herb-saftiger Abgang mit viel Zug.
