Translate to English Kühler, noch leicht gedeckter, etwas hefiger, erdiger und eine Spur vegetabiler Duft mit zurückhaltenden gelbfruchtigen Aromen, einem Hauch Tabak, Kandis und mineralischen Anklängen. Sehr kühle, säuerlich-saftige, völlig trockene Frucht mit hefigen, pflanzlichen bis tabakigen und hellen erdigen Tönen, noch ein wenig gedeckt am Gaumen, lebendige Säure und merklicher Gerbstoff, gute Nachhaltigkeit und Substanz, noch eher unnahbar, etwas Fleur de Sel, nussige Spuren, gewisse Tiefe, guter bis sehr guter Abgang.
