Tart and rather cool, slightly herbaceous-vegetal, delicate floral and prominent mineral notes with yellow fruit and quite prominent minty notes. Ripe, firm, juicy fruit with melting and warmth, very fine, fairly tranquil acidity, firming with air, yeasty notes and light earthy mineral notes, very slightly greasy, slightly sandy and astringent tannins, persistent, quite dense, quite dry Still undeveloped, hints of dark berries in the background, very good finish with creamy and mineral notes.
