Rather firm, nutty and a little light woody-spicy fragrance with yellow-fruity and also a little yellow-spicy aromas, clearly yeasty tones, vegetable nuances and a hint of smoke. Clear, light, bone-dry fruit, rather lean, although with a delicate melt, light, slightly smoky wood notes and nutty-yeasty tones, vegetable notes in the background, distinct chalky-mineral notes in the background, good persistence and substance, a hint of egg white, very good, firm, tart finish
