Firm, still markedly yeasty and somewhat planty fragrance with cool, light yellow fruity notes and a hint of mushrooms. Tart, finely juicy, cool fruit, clearly yeasty, planty and nutty tones, very fine, quite lively acidity and some tannin touch, good persistence, best balance, good to very good, again finely juicy and yeasty finish
