Fairlycool, slightly open nose, prominent nutty andyeasty notes, delicate floral notes, dried herbs, fairly mature pomaceous and stone fruit, light smoky traces, hint of mushrooms. Fairly juicy, partly preserved fruit on the palate, still has prominent yeasty notes, delicately sweetish and creamy, moderate acidity, light nutty oak, fairly good persistence, fine sandy tannins, still slightly astringent, salty notes, initially slightly brittle, but becomes significantly more approachable with aeration, very slightly muted on a good to very good, slightly sweetish finish.
