2017 Mitterberg IGT A bissl Rosé, Alto Adige, Italy

Cool, fairly restrained nose, light nutty and delicate floral notes, pomaceous fruit, hint of red berries, almonds and minty traces. Straightforward, fairly tart, elegant, juicy fruit on the palate, prominent yeasty notes, delicately sweetish and creamy, elegant, lively aicidty, delicate touch of carbon dioxide, light toasted traces, hint of mushrooms, light gripm fairly persistent, salty traces, prominent almonds, some depth, dried herbs, very good, slightly peppery finish. Enjoyable wine.
