2005 Syrah trocken Femme Fatale, Lower Austria/Niederösterreich, Austria

Editor note: Preserved cherries and mixed berries on the nose, prominent mineral notes, some pepper and dried herbs, roastaed and smoky as well as light sweaty notes. Lively and very juicy on the palate, loads of ripe fruit, some more smoky and roasted oak, sweaty traces, medium-fine, mature tannins, persistent, very full-bodied and creamy, but also enchantingly fresh, mineral notes, medium depth, long finish.
