Translate to English Sehr verhaltener, zunächst vegetabiler, dann merklich an Steinobst und Honig erinnernder Duft mit mineralischen Tönen und brotigen Spuren. Im Mund süß mit an Walnuss erinnernden Tönen, recht feine Säure, teils kandiert wirkende Zitrusfrucht mit Steinobstnoten, auch zart gemüsige Anklänge, eine Spur rauer Gerbstoff, hat gewisse Substanz und Tiefe, im Hintergrund mineralische Anklänge, gute Länge.
