Translate to English Zurückhaltende, zart würzige und leicht vegetabile Steinobstnase mit mineralischen Noten. Feine Birnen-Pfirsichfrucht, zunächst eher weich, mit Luft aber zunehmend straff, mit lebendiger Säure und dezenter, eingebundener Süße, im Hintergrund mineralisch, leicht kräuterig, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit, schlanker, recht eleganter Stil, nur eine Spur rau am Gaumen, ordentlicher bis guter Abgang.
