Eher ruhige, leicht brotige, eingemachte und teils etwas überreife Steinobstfrucht, wiederum nussig, Noten von braunem Karamell und etwas eingemachten Zitrusfrüchten, passende, geschliffene Säure, hat gewisse Substanz, zart kräuterig im guten Abgang.
