Translate to English Etwas vegetabile und eine Spur nussig-hefige Nase mit eher zurückhaltenden gelbfruchtigen Aromen sowie erdig-mineralischen Anklängen. Auch im Mund eher zurückhaltende, recht trockene Frucht, pflanzliche, erdige und hefige Töne, lebendige Säure, noch ein wenig deckender Gerbstoff, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit, wärmender Alkohol, salzige Noten im Hintergrund, guter bis sehr guter Abgang mit Biss.
