Translate to English Leicht entwickelte, welk-florale und einen Hauch animalische Nase nach roten und schwarzen Beeren mit pilzigen Nuancen, etwas Wurzelgemüse sowie ein wenig Rauch und Speck. Recht fest gewirkte, saftige Frucht mit leicht rauchiger und röstiger Holzwürze und erdigen Noten, am Gaumen auch gebrannte Nüsse und wieder etwas Wurzelgemüse, hat Kraft, gute Nachhaltigkeit, leicht rustikale Art, salzige Mineralik im Hintergrund, getrocknete Kräuter und ein Hauch Pilze, gute Substanz, sehr guter, saftiger und würziger Abgang mit merklich röstigen Aromen.
