Translate to English Hefiger, nussiger und deutlich pflanzlicher Duft mit kühlen, zart säuerlichen gelbfruchtigen Noten. Hefig, etwas erdig und wieder ziemlich vegetabil im Mund, leicht säuerliche Frucht, leicht grobes Mousseux, etwas Gerbstoff im Hintergrund, pilzige und erdige Noten, ein wenig rustikaler Stil, recht guter Abgang.
