The estate is located in the municipality of Leutschach-Pössnitz in the Styrian wine region südsteiermark, The basis for the quality winery was laid by Roland Tscheppe and most recently managed by the brothers Eduard and Stefan Tscheppe. In 2002 the estate and vineyards were founded by the brothers Erich and Walter Polz bought, but the line remained with the Tscheppe brothers. In the next three years, large investments were made in the area of winemaking as well as in the presentation and sales area. At that time, the winery or wine line operated under the name "VIN'O Tscheppe". After the departure of the managing director Eduard Tscheppe at the end of 2005, Erich and Walter Polz also took over the operational management. The vineyards cover 30 hectares of vineyards in the two vineyards Czamillonberg (10 hectares) and Pössnitzberg (Roman stone). They are 90% with the white wine varieties Sauvignon Blanc.
