Translate to English Deutlich pfeffriger und kräuteriger, auch noch leicht hefiger Duft nach grünen Äpfeln, Birnen und etwas Zitrusfrüchten mit mineralischen Tönen. Kräftig, würzig und schmelzig im Mund, sehr reife, etwas warme Frucht mit kräuteriger und pfeffriger Würze, nachhaltig am Gaumen, feine, lebendige Säure und etwas Kohlensäure, hat Schliff, etwas Alkoholwärme, nachhaltig, griffig, sehr guter, ganz leicht holzig wirkender Abgang.
