firm, tart nose, earthy notes, light peppery notes, herbs and spices, yellow fruit, dried flowers, some tobacco, light yellow spice, mineral traces. Ripe, fairly firm and juicy fruit on the palate, vegetal and herbaceous notes, light peppery spice, elegant acidity,, light tannic grip, hint of tobacco, sweetish and creamy, hint of red berries, some nutty aromas, quite complex, fairly broad-shouldered style, juicy, spicy, creamy on a very good finish.

Editor note: Firm, fairly deep nose, still very slightly reductive and restless, light nutty, vegetal and herbaceous notes, ripe yellow fruit, dark earthy and mineral notes, touch of bay leaf and pepper in the background. Ripe, juicy, partly candied fruit on the palate, delicate smoky and nutty notes, some bacon, light dried floral and peppery notes, persistent, firm structure, some depth, earthy and mineral notes in the background, creamy, but also has some grip, still young, nutty, spicy and mineral notes on a very good juicy, creamy, slightly herbaceous finish.
