Firm, fairly deep nose, still very slightly reductive and restless, light nutty, vegetal and herbaceous notes, ripe yellow fruit, dark earthy and mineral notes, touch of bay leaf and pepper in the background. Ripe, juicy, partly candied fruit on the palate, delicate smoky and nutty notes, some bacon, light dried floral and peppery notes, persistent, firm structure, some depth, earthy and mineral notes in the background, creamy, but also has some grip, still young, nutty, spicy and mineral notes on a very good juicy, creamy, slightly herbaceous finish.
