Tart nose, vegetal, herbaceous and earthy notes, hint of bacon, peppery traces, restrained yellow fruit. Ripe, creamy, warm fruit on the palate, hint of bacon, smoky oak, vegetal and herbaceous aromas, light pepperyand nutty notes, moderate acidity, ripe tannins provide some grip, good substance and persistence, noticeable high alcohol, mineral notes and dried herbs, hint of bacon and peppery traces on a very good, ripe, fruity finish.
