Translate to English Gereifte, leicht medizinale Apfelnase mit kräuterigen und etwas blättrigen Tönen. Auch im Mund eher reif und ebenfalls ein wenig medizinal, hat einige Substanz und auch Nachhaltigkeit, wird mit Luft kompakter und verliert etwas die Reifenoten, merklicher, aber nicht störender Gerbstoff, eingebundene Säure, guter Abgang.
