Editor note: Translate to English Leicht süßlich-säuerliche, deutlich vegetabile Nase mit verhaltenen, gedeckten gelbfruchtigen Noten, Ingwer, Zitronat und erdigen Tönen. Süßlich-säuerliche Frucht mit vegetabilen und zitronigen Noten, etwas Minze, Dill und Basilikum, leichter Gerbstoff, etwas Kandis, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit, im Abgang wieder ein wenig verschwommen süß-sauer.

Editor note: Prominent vegetal and herbaceous as well as delicate floral notes on the nose, citrus and pomaceous fruit, delicate lactic and volatile traces, mineral notes. Ripe, slightly sweetish and creamy fruit on the palate, yeasty notes and bread, vegetal aromas, light floral notes, hint of red berries, very elegant, lively acidity, integrated tannins provide some grip, hint of melon, fairly persistent, medium body, slightly noticeable warm alcohol, light mineral notes, some sugar candy and root vegetables, good to very good, fairly sweet finish.
