Translate to English Tiefer, herb-würziger, deutlich fein-vegetabiler, erdiger und pfeffriger Duft mit zurückhaltenden gelbfruchtigen Aromen, merklich Suppengemüse und viel herber Mineralik. Süßlich und herb zugleich im Mund, ruhige Frucht mit deutlich erdigen und vegetabilen Aromen, dazu wieder Tabak und Suppenkräuter, feine, recht lebendige Säure, noch leicht antrocknender Gerbstoff, gute Nachhaltigkeit, ein Hauch Karamell, wirkt nur scheinbar zugänglich, sehr guter, wenn auch noch ein wenig rauer Abgang.
