2015 Wawern Goldberg Riesling Grosses Gewächs, Mosel, Germany

Still restless, clearly yeasty aroma of ripe stone fruit and citrus fruits with dried planty and floral aromas, black berries and clear minerality. Ripe, juicy, delicately sweet, with air increasingly tart fruit, again clearly yeasty, taut, yet fine acidity, crumbly tannin, persistent and quite grippy, very tart minerality in the background, firm structure, still completely undeveloped, dried-vegetable to slightly tobacco hints in the background, very fresh planty flavours, very good to long finish, again with a lot of bite and grip.
