Translate to English Sehr schöner, weicher Duft von kandierten Äpfeln und Pfirsichen mit feinen Kräuter- und Mineralnoten. Klare, geschmeidige Frucht, zartwürzig, reife, elegante Säure, mittlerer Körper, schöner, mineralischer Hintergrund, nachhaltig am Gaumen, beste Balance, sehr lang. Ist das nun Understatement, oder einfach eine gnadenlose Untertreibung? Der Wein ist exzellent, hat aber mit einem Kabinett nichts zu tun. Zu anspruchsvollen Fischgerichten und Krustentieren, aber auch ideal zu Spargel.
