Translate to English Herb-vegetabile und etwas an Suppenkräuter erinnernde, noch leicht unruhige Nase mit Stein- und Kernobstaromen, etwas Zitrusfrüchten, gewisser Mineralik und ganz leicht krautigen Spuren im Hintergrund. Deutlich vegetabil, etwas erdig und wieder leicht krautig im Mund, ein wenig gedeckte Frucht mit lebendiger Säure und etwas antrocknendem Gerbstoff, wirkt eher unruhig, leicht rustikal, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit, herber, rauer Abgang.
