Translate to English Fester, fein-vegetabiler, etwas kräuteriger und auch erdig-mineralischer Duft mit etwas Pfeffer, Wurzelgemüse und eher verhaltenen, kühlen gelbfruchtigen Noten. Reife, ganz leicht warme, etwas saftige, noch leicht reduktive Frucht mit nobler vegetabiler Würze, angedeutet Kandis und floralen Nuancen, noch sehr jung, feine, recht lebendige Säure, hefige Töne, ein Hauch roter Beeren, hat Griff von reifen, mürben Gerbstoffen, gewisser Schmelz, ausgezeichnete Tiefe, deutlich salzige und ein wenig pfeffrige Töne, etwas Tabak, noch eine Spur gedeckt, hat dabei Spannung, sehr guter bis langer, straffer, saftiger, etwas würziger und wieder leicht warmer Abgang mit Kandisnoten. Sollte noch reifen.
