The winery is located in the municipality Lengenfeld in the Lower Austrian wine region Kamptal, The name is made up of Vino (Italian for wine) and the first letters of the company founder Herfried Kuna (active in viticulture for more than 30 years) and Florian Subosics (graduate of the agricultural college with a personal focus on "organic farming").
