Pomaceous fruit and some citrus on the nose, herbaceous notes and some light peppery notes, still slightly yeasty. Clear and lively on the palate, elegant spice, with elegant, almost playful acidity, prominent mineral, peppery and also some more yeasty notes, persistent, slightly creamy, very well balanced, quite refreshing, good finish.
