Translate to English Gelb-gewürziger und leicht nussiger Duft nach teils angetrockneten und kandierten gelben Früchten mit zart vegetabilen Aromen und einem Hauch Speck. Sehr süße, wieder teils angetrocknet wirkende Frucht mit deutlich gelb-gewürzigen und ein wenig röstigen Aromen, viel Gewürznelke und etwas Salz, nachhaltig am Gaumen, feine, lebendige Säure, etwas Griff, kandierte Orangenzesten im Hintergrund, gewisse Kraft, gute Tiefe, salzige Nuancen, ein Hauch Wachs und getrocknet-florale Töne, sehr guter bis langer Abgang.
