2018 Saar Riesling trocken, Mosel, Germany

Yeasty, dried-herbal and earthy-mineral aroma with yellow-fruity and yeasty as well as delicately floral aromas. Yeasty also in the mouth, not quite dry fruit, vegetable to herbal notes, salty mineral tones, some persistence, light grip, quite good finish.
